The enquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, suburb, requested service and message. Please avoid sending payment details, identification documents or sensitive information. If you later email photos, these may contain information you choose to share.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to respond, assess the requested sewing or curtain project, arrange a quote or appointment and keep necessary records of the conversation. The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions for delivery to the business. The host may also process routine technical information needed to serve the website.
Disclosure and storage
Website and form data may be processed by the website host and any connected notification or email provider. Access is limited to those handling the enquiry. Provider locations and retention settings should be confirmed before public launch; no specific storage country or retention period is promised here.
Google Maps and WhatsApp
The homepage includes an embedded Google map of the general Kalkallo area. When it loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under its own privacy terms. The map does not show our workshop location. If you use a WhatsApp link, your browser opens WhatsApp, which handles the chat under its own privacy terms. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
Your choices
Ask through the contact form to access, correct or request deletion of enquiry details, subject to recordkeeping requirements. This website does not currently include an advertising pixel or analytics script in its supplied files. Update this notice before adding one.
